Any idea what this is? Not the mushrooms, the thing in the middle :-)

Sorry about the crappy pics. Crappy camera + bowfront = crappy pics.

I'll try again tomorrow. The point and click does not like the bowfront. :-(

Looks like a paly or a Zooanthid, not any lps that I know of.
Does it have a hard skeleton? The first pic is not too bad but it is still hard to tell!

I was thinking this was in the wrong place today. :-)

I'm pretty sure it's an anemone, because it's moving (there's 2 of them, on opposite sides of the tank). It doesn't look like a Majano (it has a green mouth), but I guess it may be. We'll just have to keep an eye on it.

Good call! You are probably right . paly and Zooanthids spread but do not move.

I was thinking majano myself as the skirting does not look like zoanthids. Is it green in color with pink tips?

It's pretty much completely brown/pinkish with a green mouth. They don't seem to be harming anything at the moment, but I guess I need to get it out before it starts multiplying.

Anyone have a picture of a majano splitting?

Majano...

move it out of your main tank.
