Tank is 29 gallons (only 18" deep). Fixture is a nova extreme 39W X 4. It has 2 blue plus ATIs and 1 aquablue and fiji purple. I never had an anemone before and I want to make sure I have enough lighting to support one. I also have about 1000gph in the tank. Is this enough flow?

I had one with similar lights (54W x 4 48" on a 90 gallon) and it more than doubled in size. It did wander to the upper part of the tank (8 inches from the lights) and in an area with relatively low flow though.
