I have a true perc that i am nursing back from almost dying.
Any idea what is their favorite food? ...so that I can get him to eat more

I just posted on my method on a different thread. I like frozen since my clowns get that deep and rich coloring. Not to mention they remain fat and healthy :D
Feed #1 Rod's Food Fish Eggs. <<< Pellet sized and perfect for my baby clowns who try to compete with the bigger tank-mates.
Feed #2 Rod's Food Pacific Plankton <<< It's Mysis but unlike Mysis(freshwater) this stuff comes from saltwater. Very high in nutrients.
Feed #3 The Original Rod's food <<< At this point my fish eat little. Most of the food goes to the corals.
Feed #4 Another batch of Rod's Fish Eggs. Makes me feel good to see the hungry wrasses, blennies, and clowns get one last snack before lights out.

I dont know about favorite but pemysis with zeocon isnt a bad place to start. Rod Foods may even be better.

I just feed original Rod's and have had great luck on my breeding pairs.

Ditto on the Rods....I use the reef blend. My corals love it, my clowns love it...everything loves it!
Rods also has Selcon in it. The variety of foods in that mix colors up all my fish, but my clowns are screaming orange.

Masago, never had a fish that didn't go for it. Don't feed exclusively though as they'll get fatty liver disease, but it's high in nutrients and can help get picky eaters to chow.

I have been feeding him a mix of h2o life mini mysis, prime reef flake, and let sit in some vita chem.
The fish is doing 100 times better.
