I have a two year old(roughly) 6101 that quit working. No alarm sounded. I took it apart for cleaning as per the instructions here on this site and in the manual. The impeller is not siezed. It looks like to me the inner rotor bearing is a bit worn but I'm no expert. Can this cause it to just quit? Something else I'm missing? Can you give me some advice? Order part? Return for a check up? Thanks

The 6101 has no alarm, typically something like this would be an electrical problem. I would send it in with the power supply.

Roger,
I just got around to setting up the replacement Tunze you sent me in April. However you forgot to return my transformer(?) .It's the little black rectangular box (part # 9935 is what is marked an my other one). Can you return it? thanks

I don't have a transformer here and it would be very unusual to leave one out of a shipment. Can you PM me your name so I can look up the repair record?
