Hello everyone. I was looking at various BTAs online and I came across one that was amazing. Unfortunately it was sold before I could buy it. So I was wondering if any has seen one like it or has one that they are willing to part with. Thanks for the help!!

Just stumbled on THIS (http://www.nano-reef.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=230952) about two mins after seeing your thread. Same price as the other, but different shipping maybe?

Thanks for the posts guys. I should have made my original post more clear. I know it's a speckled BTA, but the thing that I'm more interested in it the BLUE color. I've just never seen one like that before.

The blue coloration can be achived with a combo of 14,000 k bulb and some 460nm actinics.

Heh, I've not seen a true in person blue before. Let me know if you find one.

A true blue will not ever be seen unless its a died coloration. All you will find will be a slight blue coloration if your lucky.

So do you think the image I posted is of a dyed anemone?

With my eyes I dont consider this a true blue.I consider this a winter green coloration with a slight hue of blue.

Just a reminder that one can't be guaranteed that a nem will stay what ever color or colors it is purchased as. RBTAs turn green and GBTAs can turn red, etc. Color temp of lighting, depth of the coral are just a couple things that will determine the corals color.

Thats true also.Thats why I ask what conditions the animla is under before I buy it!:)

Yeah those are good points. I'll probably never find that s.o.b who bought my anemone, lol. jk
