green acro bleaching??

I have a new green acro that seems to be bleaching from the top. I also noticed the polyps dont come out much. I also have a blue one fairly close to it that is doing very well. any ideas?

I would movce it down but i know they like light what could b doing this? water is perfect.

not all like light, try more flow? lower light.
