So i have a 125 gallon tank that im going to use for my reef tank. It is not drilled.
For 150 i can get a huge CPR hang on overflow box.
For 160, i can get a new bottom panel for my tank, pre-drilled.
What do i do, and how much of a PITA is it to replace a bottom panel if i go that route? Will I have to re-silicone the sides?

you would have to completely re-silicone the whole tank i believe. silicone doesn't bond right with cured silicone.
how about something like the glass-holes 1500 gph kit?

I assume the bottom is tempered? If it is, how about drill the back? replacing a piece of glass requires a COMPLETE disassembly, cleaning and reassembly. Although it can be done, it will be a MAJOR PIA.
I am not a fan of hang on overflows. It is way too easy to drill in the spot of your choice. Also - remember to use a larger bulkhead than you might think you need - you will never regret having more drain capacity than pump output!

I know the bottom is tempered, there is a "no drill" sticker there. What are the chances the sides are too? Whats the easiest way to tell?

Call the manufacturer, they'll tell you.
If you have to go the overflow route, you want a livereef overflow.
