I can't decide between these two macro lenses, which do all of you prefer?

Sigma 105mm or Tamron 90mm?

Or should I just go with the Canon 100mm (I have a Canon Rebel XSi).

I have the Tamron 90mm for my Nikon D50. I got the Tamron over the sigma because my camera store recommended it over the sigma because of the lense quality.

Look at the Canon 100 and the Canon 60. Focal range may be better for you with the 60on your crop sensor. The 60, 100 and the new IS 100 are very hard to beat. Check out POTN. Tons of info over there on Canon setups and tons more on macro lenses.

All three lenses are razor sharp. What sold me on the Canon is that it's internal focusing. Both the Sigma and Tamron have a barrel that extends while focusing. Not a big when photographing bugs or flowers but it can be a hassle up against your tank's glass.
