The felt on the dryside of my magfloat is pretty much done for. I was thinking of removing what was left and replace with some type of felt. What should I look for?
Thanks for your help or ideas

The Mag-Float brand makes replacement pads for their products, as well. Then you wouldn't have to hack the Algae-free brand pads Stu posted.

Stop by any sporting/hunting goods store and buy some adhesive backed felt like this: http://www.bowhunterssuperstore.com/circut-felt-silencing-pads-p-2470.html . Two 3x7 inch pieces for $2.49 and no shipping if you find it locally for several magnets. My fish don't mind looking at camo felt at all - at least they haven't mentioned it.

I just found some adhesive backed felt at a craft store (Micheals).
They are a 12" x 12" piece for $1

Waylander and mfinn Thanks. I like that because shipped would make the replacement piece like 10 dollars, although it wouldnt be bad if I had to order other stuff.
