My twin 65W PC is out. Would this be due to a ballast failure? Has this happened to anyone and they just replaced the ballast and it fixed it? Its a Coral Life 130W PC 150 HQI MH. The MH is working along with the lunar lights. I have already pulled the ballast and ordered a new one.
