It sounds like your tank is a 39 gal--high tank.

At a 150 watts and a mix of 10k and attinics the light would be great.
A rule of thumb is 3-5 watts per gallon

wow you got it dead on 39 gallon high. So you this light should be plenty suitable for basic corals and such ?

156 divided by 39 is 4 so thats 4 watts per each gallon. I would say that would be enough.

I would get the nova extreme pro 6 bulb for a few dollars more. I've found that buying things with built ins, like the timer are a problem waiting to happen. Just my 2cents

looks good but I kinda agree about the timer

Yea I would get on that does not come with a timer. If that timer goes out your lights might not come on at all. If you had a seperate timer that went out you could plug it into the wall and just turn it on and off until you get a new timer.

Well guys I have had my 4-bulb fixture from aquaticlife, SAME as originally posted, for 5 months now. Absolutely LOVE it. Some of the features I really loved is that it has ONE powercord. It also has the digital timer in it. I love the fixture. Their customer service has been PHENOMINAL!! I have had a few small issues, but they have always responded in a timely manner, and with great help.
