I just added a picasso and a black and white friday early afternoon and they have only stuck to the corner that blocks all the flow...I'm wondering if i have too much flow for them to relax and i don't want them to become exausted....I've got a maxijet 400 with the upgrade and i've got a mag 9.5 that i am extimating with head to put around 650-700 gph in the tank which is a std.29 gal....Also i've seen already some pairing activity between the two but has completely stopped as well...They did some fighting with the smaller picasso submitting by turning on its side with its belly toward it... i havn't seen any shaking by the smaller but what should i expect from here....

If you put a Sequence Reeflo Hammerhead on that tank as a closed loop, I might start worrying about it being too much flow but otherwise no.
It is likely just a spot they happen to like.

BTW, why the odd couple?

I really like picasso's and black and whites...and i was going through the nano section and saw a tank that had a normal perc and black and white paired up and thought the contrast between the two was awesome...I was planning two picassos anyways but like i said saw that tank and decided to go for it...
