View Full Version : White Tubes On Clam Shell?

I have a blue T.Clam. Its seems to be growing and doing just fine but recently it has grown like whites tubes on the shell.there thick and seem to be growin bigger.they are lil fuzzy.im so not sure and i have to charge up my camera and take a picture, if anybody can help,much appreciated.

fuzzy tubes? probably a sponge of some sort. Are they stationary and just growing?

yea they are just stationary and growin. sorry for no pixx,still lookin for my charger.

I cant say for sure without seeing a picture but it sounds like from you discription that it is merely hard tube/dwarf feather duster worms. they tend to grow like that all over things like in your overflow and on rock and so on. It wont harm your clam, just give the shell some decor lol.
