is BRS magnesium sulfate the same as epsom salt

i know its a stupid question but it is epsom salt right? i just wanna hear it for sure before i use it i never use BRS but i do have mag sulfate

yep

although my wife wont use it. she would rather buy her designer epsom salt to soak in for $10 a pint than dip into my 5 gallon buckets.
