JBJ 28g center chamber fuge mods

Who's got a good solution for converting the center chamber of a 28g into a media center/fuge (cheato, chemipure, floss, purigen, etc...)?

I got rid of the basket originally to buy space for a Sapphire Skimmer. However, I'm ready to add a fuge and now my only option seems to be a HOB or a sump. If I'm gonna spend $100 for an HOB, I'd rather upgrade my skimmer and bring the fuge back in house.

Not sure where everyone stands on this idea. I'm more of a nano purist - All In One should mean *All In One* so I'd prefer to get an HOB skimmer and move the fuge in house, but perhaps that is a topic for another thread :)

Brad Urbanek (brad.urbanek@gmail.com) makes a terrific media basket. I bought one from him and it works great. I put filter floss in the top, Chaeto in the middle, and Chemi-Pure Elite in the bottom.

I understand your thoughts on an all-in-one meaning and all-in-one; however I personally went with the later and added a small CPR HOB fuge giving me the flexibility to use the back middle chamber as I saw fit (9002 skimmer or media basket). I guess it comes down to weighing the pros and cons for you. Spending more money on a HOB fuge (con) or getting the additional water volume providing you with more flexibility and filtration options (pro). There are many more pros and cons, but these are the more salient of them I believe.

Haven't done anything yet, although after doing a TON of research on HOB skimmers - I think that once I can pony up the $$ I'll go that route and get a custom center chamber basket for media. I just don't want to get a cheap/loud HOB skimmer JUST to rush into a center chamber media center
