MP10 noise?

I have a new MP10 purchased from TB Aquatics with the new driver. I followed the instructions and it does not vibrate when moved side to side but it is loud. When I put my hear to the glass you can def. hear the MP10. What can I check and see if a certain part is bad?

If you can only hear it when you put your ear to the glass then I'd say it's running well. If it dominates the room with its noise then there may be something wrong and we'll get you taken care of. Also, we recommend you allow it to break-in for about a week or two.

I hear it kick up on ReefCrest mode when watching TV. I will give it a few weeks and get back to you guys if it doesn't improve.
