I been searching the net and everyone seems to sell this in even numbers. Is there a site already made ready to go? everyone sells it at 2,3,4,5,6". Aquatic eco have a 4 1/2 but I need 6 1/2 OD. Thanks!

Maybe the dyes they use to make it are only in even sizes for the sake of popular demand?

If you're near a large city the US, go look in your yellow pages under "Plastics, sheet, rod, film" or something to this effect. These are plastics distributors that keep many sizes in stock and are local. If they don't have the size you want in stock, they can get it.

If it's listed like pvc then 6" means inside diameter. I know I bought some 2" acrylic and it was inside, outside was 2 3/8. I would think 6" would have a OS of 6 5/8"

It's usually sold as OD x wall thickness. Once in a while you'll see ID x wall thickness but this isn't common IME.
