Im a former SPS keeper, what are the most important additives and levels to keep the additives at for happy zoos to grow and thrive?

its the same
just like sps, try to match NSW and feed your system absolutely much as you can without it creating algae issues and you are good to go

what do you feed? I only have one fish in my 14g, a Lawnmower blenny.
Should I be feeding phyto or perhaps a combination of other foods?

zoas hardly eat if any, mostly photosenthetic, palys on the other hand will take in meaty foods, pellets, cyclopeeze, flakes etc.

Zoas and palys love detritus, which is why a lot of the experienced zoa farmers have dirt tanks. AS 650-IS350 said, Palys will eat meaty foods. I feed mine brine occasionally, buy pellets are probably best since they are closest to detritus. Just let nature take its course...
