I just noticed my yellow tang his right eye is a little white. Ill try n get a picture if i can. Its a glazed completely over his eye and yet its not completely white or swollen much its just like a white film and you can still see his eye.

Any small little white bumps on it?
Usually water quality, flukes or ich are to blame for cloudy eyes. If it has any little white bumps, it's probably ich.
Is the tang new? It could just be stressed or maybe banged into a rock in the night or something.

I looked really closely and it looks like he scraped it but he is doing really bad... I looked even closer and seen 3 little white spots on him and i was able to catch him in a whole 10 seconds and he didnt try to fight it either... I placed him and some tank water in a pitcher and im drip acclimating him to my qt cause the salinity is kinda low in it so once i get him in there ima try and nurse him back to good health... also my qt isnt even cycled so i might have a problem here also...

Sounds like a fight on your hands, hope you win it.
Next time I'd suggest QTing the tang first :)
