Nitrate test kits

I want to replace my old Salifert nitrate test kit. I keep getting zero readings even after two weeks without water changes & heavier feeding.

Please let me know what, in your opinion, are the most accurate test kits for nitrates.

There probably isn't anything wrong with the one you have. Larger feedings and no water change does not necessarily mean your nitrates are guaranteed to go up. I use API and like it.

I agree. If you're worried, API kits are fairly inexpensive, though.
