Diamond Spotted Goby Stopped Eating =(

Well my Diamond Spotted Goby stopped eating and is close to dieing... Any ideas why he stopped doing his fishy stuff?

I have been trying to feed him in his house but he has stopped shifting the sand. I put brine/mysis shrimp just under the sand for him. Plus even when I hold food up to his face he nips once at the food and does not get more.

I love these types of Gobies...

Need some tank info... tank size, parameters, any recent changes/ additions?

Nothing has really has changed... The gravity was way off 4 weeks ago and I have brought it up to 1.23. Sundays water change should bring it up to 1.24 and reduce the nitrates.

Ooo not sure... He was mated and she died about 9 months ago due to yellow tailed damsels (bastards). Plus he is large except for his empty stomach. I would have to guess 3+yrs

Is your salinity at 1.023 or 1.23 that's a big difference.

Donno... I know I will be trapping those little buttheads soon. He has not acted the same since she got your eyes eaten out by them... I was so ****ed and I am going to redo the tank once this is all over.
