I received my first shipment from these guys yesterday. They were great... Fedex was not... The last few Fedex shipments I've had they didn't actually come to my apartment... They either left a box in the complex lobby or in the office but never put a sticker on my door or mailbox to notify me it had arrived. This was pretty irritating as I work night shift and had waited up all morning for my fish for them to email saying they would try again tomorrow because no one was home. I emailed BZA and Gregg immediately called to check on things and see if I had in fact found my package at my apartment complex's office. The only downside is that this morning i found parts of my candy striped pistol shrimp in the intake :( The rest of the fish and corals are doing great though :)
