From my personal experience... I say keep your fish healthy..feed them more than usual. Let nature take it's course. I am not sure if you want to invest the money in setting up a QT tank. I had my share of accidents with ich. I find most effective is keeping the fish healthy rather than exposing them to a new environment and stressing them further. I tried QT and the fish never made it. After consulting with some fellow reefers, some of them suggest feeding more and keeping water clean. Keep the fish happy and let their immune system do the job. Following that process, I was able to save my Powder Blue Tang. However, in your state, I wouldn't recommend adding anything til you have the ich gone. For medication, I was recommended to use Mardel CopperSafe. I bought it and never used it. Not sure how effective it is. Good Luck. :)
