PH-8.4
Nitrite-0
Nitrate-5-10
Ammonia-0
Calcium-350ppm

75 gallon tank had been established for about 30 days now. just finished my first water change. (20G). whats the best way to raise calc. and lower my nitrates. im still fishless

Your nitrates are not high. Raise calcium with a calcium supplement like Kents Turbo Calcium or Seachems Reef Advantage Calcium. You can order from Bulk Reef Supply for better prices.

5-10 is not high? safe for fish?

Nitrates don't bother fish to any degree. A nitrate level of 5-10ppm is low. There is nothing to be concerned about. Water changes and lots of live rock.

If you do not have any or much corals I would not worry too much about the calcium right now either.

Even though calcium is not a major concern, if you want good coralline growth then raise it to at least 400-420ppm.
