Spots on clownfish. HELP!

Anyone know what these spots might be?

It looks a bit like a scuff or scratch. How long has it been there?
I'd keep an eye on it, but to me it just looks like he ran into a rock or something else in the tank.

It has been there for awhile now and I have noticed a small spot on my rabbitfish as well.
