Skimmer not working

I noticed today that my skimmer is not working correctly.

I had cleaned it entirely about 1 week ago.
All seemed fine.
Now it will produce bubbles for about 10 seconds and then just quit.
I fiddled around with everything and nothing is clogged.
Now it would produce bubble unless I blow into the airline slightly.
Or about 5 seconds of bubbles on its own every 10 minutes or so.

I am stumped, and read about 2 hours worth of old threads, cant find this one out.
Not to mention my clowns have spawned, about to hatch in a day or two, and I am ready to start rearing, but then this happens.

I had this problem and figured out that a small calcium deposit had clogged my air intake. I know it is the first thing that experienced reefers check, but it didn't occur to me right away at the time.
I thought one skimmer wasn't getting enough air so I hooked the air intake up to an extra air pump and therefore I didn't have to worry about it. It helped keep the air intake quiet and consistently good.
