best 48" 4 x t5 bulb retro???

Looking to buy a new 4 bulb 48" t5 retro.
In your opinion what is the best setup and place to buy?
Will also need to buy bulbs.

i like the hamilton units as they are high quality with weather proof ends that are a must in its in a canopy .
also geismann bulbs powerchrome actinic + and powerchrome aquablue + would be my choice in bulbs
google hamilton lighting and you will find a place to purchase or check with your nearest LFS
