Any idiot can change an IP address, you are not doing anything new or special. You can't proxy being a butthole, and that will give you away every time. Usually after you are set in a get comfortable posting, then on of the mods will find you (we always do) and you will be banned again. Then you will go boo hooing like a little kid on some other forum about how you were banned out of the blue for no reason.
