I have a Supermale Lineatus that eats like a pig and looks very healthy, but he seems to be having a balance issue and is getting worse. This has been getting worse for the last few days, any advice or something I should try? Any help is greatly appreciated?

How's your fish doing?
I had a Carpenter's wrasse with the same symtoms. Unfortunately, he died.
Now I have a McCoskers wrasse doing the same thing, albeit not as bad as my Carpenter's. Eating like a pig, great color, but losing his balance, flipping, swimming upside down, etc. This worries me as it seems like whatever the illness is it might be contagious. Although, there was a full month between my Carpenter's dying and my McCoskers starting to show symtoms, so I don't know.
I've done a ton of research and found many post with people experiencing the exact same thing with their wrasses. But no one has figured out what is going on, how to treat it, etc. It seems to be kind of a mystery disease...
I had a similar issue with a nice Lineatus wrasse. He was in perfect health but went through this "off balance" phase then eventualy died soon after.
I did a little research and discovered that certain wrasses including the Lineatus's are prone to being frightened to a degree that they will swim into rocks or glass hard enough to cause severe "brain damage". Basicly not watch where they are going while they dart away at top speed. It is definantly possible that this may have happened to yours.
Mine also just got worse and worse untill it died. No sign of improvment at all.
