I found this for sale near me. It is made of parts from http://www.buckeyefieldsupply.com/

dual 95 gpd ro color change di and dual tds plus tank $75
Is this a good deal? Anyway I can get around hanging it? I have no idea where I would do that. This is my frist unit, so I'm in a little over my head. I'm only looking at ~10 gallons per week, but for $75 it seems like a good deal.

I asked about the filter and here is his reply:
They have about 500 gallons on them. the ppm coming out of them are 20 and the ppm out of the color changing DI are still 20ppm so it will need new DI but that is cheep from BFS

looks like a good deal but I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. looks like you will need to possibly change all the filters as well as di media sooner then later so the money you would be spending could net you a new one with new filters. New gear like this can pay for itself with the peace of mind in knowing you have a new rodi and you know how it was maintained. here is the one I would suggest.

I agree about buying new... Replacing all the filters will add up.
I get my D.I. changed for $25 from a local reef store.

If you do, BRS is a great place to buy with Awesome customer service!!

Looks pretty decent to me, especially since there are two RO membranes. Also has quality clear housings for all the pre filters and vertically mounted clear DI cartridge. Vertical DI configuration performs better than if mounted horizontally. You're not going to get a new system with two membranes for anything near that price. If you only need to make a few gallons a week, you can easily replace one of the RO membranes with a new 75 gpd (need the matching restrictor as well) and run the system on the single membrane. You can then replace the second membrane at your leisure some time down the road if you decide to up the production capability. Another 75 would be good since hooked in tandem like the 95s are in the photo, you'll have the potential to produce 150 gpd. 75 gpd membranes are a good choice since the rejection rate is typically better than the 95s.

Other than the RO membrane, the remaining filters do not cost very much, carbon, poly pre filters etc are easily replaced for a few dollars. DI media can be a little more costly though, depending on how often you need to replace that. System mounting should be no problem, I attached mine to a 2x4 and mounted that to wall studs in the basement. The RO membrane(s) housing(s) are normally mounted to the top of the bracket holding the pre-filters and the DI cartridge is generally off by itself as pictured in the photo you provided. A pressure guage or two will be a good add on as well, as these will aid in determining the life of your filters.

Buckeye are a sponsor on this site, they have their own forum down the list somewhere. I'm sure if you contact them, they will be happy to help you out with any concerns you might have.

Here's a photo of mine hanging up in the basement, see right side of the picture. Not the best but all I have at the moment. Note how the membrane housing is attached at the top of the bracket holding the pre filters. The DI cartridge is at the far end. It's a 75 gpd unit.
