Are these both the Christmas Wrasse? It's just that the first one is marked up as something different. And if so, will this work as a pair?

And anyone ever tried a trio?

Okay, that last one is the Rainbow Wrasse (Thalassoma quinquevittatum).

I'm personally not a fan of Thalassoma species in reefs, but YMMV. I wouldn't put it with those two halichoeres? specimens, though....

Of the three photos only the first one is a Christmas Wrasse (Halichoeres claudia). The second one is probably Halichoeres cosmetus and the third is Thalassoma quinquevittatum as already said...

Ah yea, now I recognise the Japanified name (Adorunet). Cheers Luiz.

Can Halichoeres or Thalassoma be trio'd or does it depend on the particular species? I'm sure you've seen these guys naturally on the reefs, Luiz. :)
