How do you guys secure pipes over the top of your aquariums?

My returns are hoses from the pipe up to the top of the aquarium where an adaptor converts it to loc-line. Right now my adaptor and loc-line forms a u shape so it hangs over the edge of the aquarium, but it is not stable and tends to move over time. Also I worry it will fall off and flood.

you could drill a couple small holes through the inside lip of the trim and zip tie the return in place...

a lot of people use split wooden blocks on the back of the stand hole drilled trough them that matches the size of the pipes...

When in doubt, use that which is purpose-made to solve your problem.

Go to a big box home improvement store or plumbing supply store and look for PVC straps and hangers. You should see stuff like this:

i dont think any of those are going to help him attach the pipe to the top of his tank...but certainly to the back of the stand..
