unless you keep your reef <74*F, forget SH. also, it depends on what corals you keep, nothing with sweepers or anything that stings should be kept. it's not necessarily the size of the fish, it's their habits (nothing aggressive, fast-swimming, or food competitors). while SH can handle flow better than many think, a crazy amount isn't good.

to be honest, SH deserve a tank that has been set up with them in mind rather than as an afterthought. they aren't hard to keep providing their needs are met, but those needs really must be met, there's no fudging them.
