I have an Anthias with Flukes. I had one with Flukes previously and used the same bottle of PraziPro. I added the proper amount and the Flukes fell off the fish immediately last treatment. When treating with meds I always add half the dose, then 3/4, then to full dose. I do this just to see how things are effected.
This time when I treated my tank 60 gallon the Flukes are still on the fish. Also I have some tubes worms in the tank and they are fine. I hear PraziPro will kill tube worms. So I am wondering if other have had the Flukes remain for a few hours after the treatment. I also forgot to turn off my skimmer for about 2 minutes so I am wondering if I should add a little more because some was probably remove due to skimming.
The bottle of PraziPro is about 1 year old and the shelflife is 2-4years. I know I dosed the proper amount. So I am looking to get some suggestions on how to save this fish. This fish is over 2 weeks old and none of the other 4 fish have Flukes?? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
