My dendro died overnight. There is almost no tissue left on it. It wasnt out fully yesterday but still ate a little bit of food. Didnt look like there was anything crawling around in it or anything.
PARAMS
nitrite, amonia = 0
nitrate = 5
calcium = 450
alk = 8.6 dkh
mag 1350
Any advice would help please.

Where was it placed how did you acclimate it what are inhabitants in your tank and how long was it in your tank before it died?

It was in my sandbed. More than enough lighting 500W MH 440W VHO. I have a yellow tang, clownfish, and cleanershrimp, fire shrimp, sand gobie, and lawnmower blenny. Ive had if for over a month.

They require no light,but I don't know what would cause it go that quick.Were you feeding it meaty foods like mysis every other day.If they go to long without food they will pretty quick.
