Does green algae tend to grow after the cycling process?
it looks fuzzy when you look REALLY close and its a thin layer
what eats it? :D

Doesn't really look like hair algae to me. Looks like typical "green algae" that's an early part of the algal cycle. Some turbo snails will eat that up.

yeah +1 on a clean up crew my lawn mower blenny looks like an ancient sailor (ugly as heck) but does a thorough job on algae also snails are allies in the battle.
