Hello last week I received an order in which one bag was leaking. I sent an email immediately and a picture. However, I haven't received a response yet. How long should it take to acknowledge?

give em a buzz in the morning...they're usually on top of stuff like that, I'm sure there is a logical explanation, what was the specimen?

It was a Acropora-Purple, Acropora spp., Small: over 2.5-3", Fiji

I sent another email this am with updated pictures. I like to keep track of this type of stuff via email. They also require pictures, hence the electronic communication.

First order through them, so good to hear that they their usually responsive.
