So here's what I want to do: I've got a 75 gallon FOWLR with 2 true percs, 1 six line wrasse, and clean up crew. The tank is definitely understocked, this isn't my real concern at this time. Eventually I would like to add maybe 2 more fish so I've been thinking about adding another 20 to 30 gallons in a sump. I'm not looking to change my equipment. I'm using a Marineland series C-360 canister (don't worry, it gets clean every week) for filtration along with the LR and h.o.b. skimmer. I was thinking I would add an overflow box to the system and make a sump somehow... I have zero experience with actually making a sump so I have no clue on how to get the flow right. I would also like to buy a nice in sump skimmer if this all works out. My questions are: where do I start, what flow rate, and how would I match the intake/out takes with skimmer?
