What is a safe, realiable and accurate heater for a 70-80G net water volume tank? The heater I had made a spark or flash when I went to change the temp on it. Put it back in the sump and flashhhh. I wont use it now so I need a new heater. I also need a fan to place in my cabinet to cool my sump. Which fan should I get that can clip onto a acrylic sump and cool my tank down about 2-3 degrees? THANKS!!

I use the Visi-Therm Stealth heaters. I don't trust the control switch on any heater though and recommend using some type of Temperature controller with them...

I like the Stealth ones also. Had two of them for quite a while now and no problems.

They are very reliable and work well.
