I got this 6-bar angel from a reputable online seller about 10 or 11 days ago. I freshwater dipped him and found flukes so I treated with prazi-pro. He is in a 55 gallon qt, and has been in cupramine and prazi-pro for about 1 week. He is eating decently enough. He selectively picks at mysis shrimp and eats pellets when he feels like it. I can see he is eating enough.

Two days ago I saw a bump on his side similar to one I've seen in other threads such as Recty's scribbled angel. The bump is still very small, and I'm hoping it doesn't mean this fish will die.

Water quality is fine, I do large 50% water changes 2 times a week, and I had 2 fish qt'ed in the same tank just prior to this angel being placed in there.

Today I saw his feices, and this was very big! Looks like internal parasites right? Any suggestion as to how to treat this? I've dealt with most diseases except for internal parasites that were not cured by prazi.
I really like this fish and would hate to lose him!

Here are some pics of the fish. It is hard to see the bump because the only camera I have is my phone.

Sorry for the bad pics, but I had to trow in a bunch of food for him to come out. But it was still hard to take a good pic of him. I vacuum the bottom of the tank every day because right now he only eats floating food (once it hits the ground he doesn't look at it).

The bump just to the left of the pectoral fin.

I know the white on the fin tips is some sort of fungus. I've seen that on angels before after I treated them for flukes with prazi. It has always passes on it's own without treatment.

The vendor recommended Metronidazole. Anyone ever used this before? Can I use it with cupramine?

whites on the fins are lymphocytosis which is nothing serious and goes away
if u have good water quality. If it gets worsen, u get take it out using your hand.
people use metronidazole on HLLE or some kinda of paraistes on bone area. If u believe
its internal parasite, you can try food that contains praziquental or soak your food into
prazipro than dry it and try to feed them. I got rid of many internal parasite using this
method. Far as bump on angel, I cant really see that in that picture, but if its stomach
is swallowing like there is air in there, I never seen fish make it.
