ID this plant please

Can someone tell me what this plant is and if this plant is ok to have. It came on the some LR I picked up.

It looks like the typical red macroalgae to me. I wish i could remember the scientific name, it's sometimes for sale as "violet flame" microalgae. I think it's Fauchea sp., red lettuce macro algae. It's okay to have.
