I know I am getting ahead of myself here since my tank has just started its cycle, but I am trying to just plan my tank out to pass the time until the cycle completes. When I eventually start stocking I was planning on putting a couple of ocellaris clowns and a lawnmower blenny in the tank. My question is after things stabalize from the fish I want I was planning on adding just a couple hardy corals to the tank to see how it goes. I was planning on adding some green star polyp to the tank first and then eventually frogspawn once I've proven to myself I can keep the GSP alive. My question is I have heard that some lawnmower blenny's have been known to nip at corals. Will the GSP and frogspawn be likely to be nipped at by the blenny or is that mainly hard corals? Should I not even be considering a lawnmower blenny for my aquarium? Has anyone had the combination of corals and the blenny listed above? Any help is appreciated.

I've had a LMB in my tank since I got into this hobby. My tank is a mix of sps,lps and leathers, softies.
I also have some gsp(small patch as it can be extremely aggressive)and frogspawn.
I have never seen my LMB ever nip any corals. The only time I've seen it bother anything is the clam when eating algae off it's shell.

Yeah I think I do. I just think it's a funny looking fish plus it will take care of some of the algae in the tank. I was just worried about it killing my coral but I hadn't actually heard any opinions on forum reading until your last reply. Most of my reading on them was from online stores which mentioned the possibility of them damaging corals.
