Trace Elements?

So I don't like to get my system too complicated. I do a 10% wc weekly. Do I need to add these, or perhaps swith to a kalk plus instead of the basic BRS kalk I've been using

You don't need a trace element supplement.

I do regular water changes to REDUCE the levels of trace elements that can build up due to feeding the tanks.

If you grow macroalgae, you might benefit from an iron supplement.

Kalk plus as in the Brightwell stuff? Don't bother. It actually has less magnesium than the ordinary lime I tested, and it has so little that it would be of no benefit, even if it got into the aquarium, (which it won't because magnesium is insoluble in limewater).

It will deliver some strontium, but I do not consider that is useful/necessary ion.
