Dear Lumatek ballast users

Hi I am vince in South Korea.

I bought Lumatek Elecronic Ballast from US.
Because there is no agent I can find in korea

Its very beautiful and performance is very good.
I want to ask some questions about this ballast to you.

1. Second picture in my blog, you can see the 2 white
button in right side. Could you tell me what it is?
2. I bougtht 400w ballast and you can see the third picture
in my blog there is switch in left side. You can see the some
mode 250w,HQI,400w,SuperLumen.
2-1. Its ballast is switchable or dimmable? What I want to know is
I can use this with both 250w and 400w or 400w only? 400w bulb is
available to 250w mode?
2-2 HQI mode is for only 400w HQI bulbs or I can use HQI 250w bulb?

1. They are built in surge protectors. They protect from external power surges.

2. You can use the ballast with either a 250w or 400w bulb. HQI is for 250w bulb. Super lumen is for 400w bulb. You cannot run a 250w bulb in the 400w setting or a 400w bulb on the 250w setting.
