Does lowes/home depot sell bulkheads or do you have to get from LHS or online aquarium supply vendor?

You have to buy them from a good LFS or online vendor. I couldn't find them locally. You "might" get lucky and find one that will work at a marine(boat) supply.

Pool and Spa supply stores sometimes have them as well.
