How soon?

How soon can I add a small head of frogspaw to my tank. The tank finished it cycle two weeks ago and the water peram. are good.

IME you'll want to get those nitrates down to below 5ppm but you should be good to put it in the tank.

Edit: make sure it gets a good amount of light too as it's a photosynthetic coral.

I set up a 10gal tank with cured live rock. It ran for 4 weeks and completed its cycle. I then set up this tank a 20gal AIO. I used 3/4 of the cured live rock and 3 cups of sand and a sponge from the 10gal startup tank. I added some more live rock and freshsaltwater. This 20 gal AIO has been running for two weeks with no spikes in the water parm.

I would wait being that the 20 gallon has only been running for such a short time. I would wait at least a month when cycling a tank so I would wait at least one more week
and jacob0 is correct what are you using for lighting

Calcium and Alk levels? once these are stable I think that would be a good sign that you are ready. My tank is in similar place cycle wise (just finished maybe a week ago) but I have had significant changes in Ca and Hardness. I will be waiting maybe another month before I introduce a Hammer.
