It has 48 watts of PC lights. 12 gallons. Would this be enough to support a pair with a bubble tip or some other host? thanks

I have 2 clowns and a lta in a 14 gal biocube with 48 watts. I have one light a 10k and one light that is half 10k and half act. They all have been doing good for almost 2 yrs now.

IMO, I wouldn't do it. A BTA (( E. Quadricolor )) should outgrow that tank, and then there are the water quality issues that come with smaller tanks --- anemones do put out a lot more waste then people realize.

Can you post a pic of this?

Im on vacation right now or I would. My tank is in my office at work. As far as water quality issues, I haven't had much of a problem with it. In fact, I hate to admit it but I am pretty lazy about tank upkeep on this tank compared to my 150 gallon at home. My anenome even had to come back from the brink of death about 6 months after I bought it because it decided to try to kill itself on my korelia. It of course released all its zoo****** or whatever its called and was white for about 6 months. It colored back up and looks healthy. Also, about 4 months ago I replaced my lights which then procedded to cause him to split so now I have 2 in there.

If it split, then you don't have an LTA (( M doreensis )), and most likely have an BTA (( E. Quadricolor ))
