Welcome to the forum!!

Caveat! LFS are very, very, helpful. Especially since they get to sell you stuff :). Always check first about what you need, when you need them, and for how much. What have you got so far, and what are your plans?

How long you wait for coral and fish will depend on how long it takes for your tank to cycle. Also, your lights will depend on what you hope to stock in the tank eventually. Do some research on here and perhaps wetwebmedia to answer any questions you might have.
