some of my tank build 90 gal 55 sump

i do mostly pick ask guestion if you have any

i also want a place to store evey thing and have a nice amount of
saltwater and ro ready i want to water changes to be easy and less messy than siphioning
another goal is to have 2 deadicated circet breakers for the tank
i want to be able to switch indivigual componets off and on by switches
i still may go to a neptune controler but for now timers and switches lol

To start i want to pick a location for this room close to the tank it happens to work out
that the tank will be against the wall my stairs are so i have a catch all junk closet under
the steps.
so step one clean the junk out
the closet was used to hold the sweeper, old school books, pictures, stuff we need to hide fast
had a computer in there that was hooked up to the suround sound in the other room as a music server
. it will still house the cable distrubution panel and computer wireless router and modem

i want to make the room easy clean up if i spill water so i am going to tile the floor

if you look at the marks on the floor and wall it where the ro water tank till be
i can fit 2 20 gallon barrels in her they stand 27 tall and 17 1/4" wide so the 2 barrels will fit in the 36" closet:)
its like i pland it or some thing also the drain comes out in the middel barrels and about 3" in front

well day 2 starting slow just a lazy sunday

i started by setting a few peices of tile on the floor to see how much would need to be trimmed
and also made a few measurments

it gets tapped into the water lines past the main valve with its on shut off own
will prob do that tomorrow cause i have to go back under cause i found a line seeping a lil
under there that should be addressed

well i worked on plumbing today ia also found while under the house that my main water
feed was leaking so i guess we will see if my water bill will go down lol

not as much done as i would have hoped but it was one of those days i just dont feel motivated
dont lnow if it is the weather ot the time of year or everything thats been going on in my life the past 6 months???
well my goal for today was to get a good start on the electrical side of is install i have the pipe run from the fish room
into the electricial panel i made up the flex line and first of many boxes to me mounted under the stand and got wire from
switch box to the elec box

i also got the blue tape out and marked on wall roughly where tank will stand i may still build a taller canopy for it
than the one it comes with cause i am install a mh retro fit kit in and not sure how much room i will have with a factory canopy
and not sure how a retro fit will affect the hood/ lid opening and closing

now for the pics also the tstat will be removed it is no longer in use

i got a boost of energy so i started the project at 1:30am and finished at around 2:00-2:30 AM

Your mixing tank very nice my wife thought I was crazy with my 50 gal rubbermaid but you my friend deserve one of those bud light radio commercial songs. i have a 90 as well mixed reef I also have a equipment room but chickened out and put the sump under the tank you have completed my dream set up for a 90gal. ]WELL the 38 is a holding tank for frags and stuff more or less her are some photos sorry about quality it is from my cell photo that downsizes them when sent through txt they are under old pc bulbs so color isnt there like it should but getting switdch to mh very shortly
