Time elapsed in EcoSmart Operation Modes

On the graphs shown in the User Manuals for the EcoSmart Operational Modes, what is the timeline for the pumps to cycle through the various modes?

I set-up our two MP10w ES pumps in the Tidal Swell Mode and would just like to know how long it takes to run through the program.

2 1/2 hours total for Tidal Swell Mode and NTM

The pulses in NTM are for 45 minutes and the swelling is for 30 minutes each

The two MP10w ES pumps I put on my 45gal cube have really made a dramatic change in the tank. The sand bed has never looked as nice and clean as it does now with the undertow sweeping up the detritus. And by removing five koralia pumps, there's a lot of new room in the tank for more rock and corals. I can't imagine ever owning any other pumps from here on out.
